OPERATION MPUKU - Disgusting response from Environmental Health (2)

WE DON'T NEED A PICTURE TO CONJURE UP THE REVOLTING LITTLE CREATURES

Response from Mr Basson "Noted. You are now speculating on a subject that you are ignorant about.
The Plague Endemic area has been predetermined by the NDOH  and the WHO.
Refrain from threatening me with the Mayor.I work for him but he will not go against
National and International Law and Protocol.
Seeing that you have picked up and "preserved" the dead rat which might have died from our rodenticides you may just as well throw it
in the trash container.Your one, dead rat is of no use to the disease preventative control program.
I have already explained to you that NMMM  Environmental Health sub-directorate has a permanent, ongoing  surveillance program
and the last outbreak of Plague in this endemic area was in 1981.
This case is now closed and I shall not entertain your speculations any longer.
THANX"
