Four days after Victoria Stadler went missing, Director Trollip in Cape Town made himself available. Four days later, on Tuesday 15 November 2005, the partly decomposed body of Victoria was found in the Noetzie bushes on the outskirts of Knysna. After Trollip was contacted, he instructed forensic expert Supt Johannes to assist. This is the same FSL expert who assisted Capt Bruce in the Inge Lotz murder (where Fred, her boyfriend) was acquitted). Trollip then went to Knysna where he became the overall coordinator in Jessica and Victoria’s murder investigations. On Thursday 17 November, Heinrich van Rooyen, a local JD was arrested as a suspect in both murders. On Instruction from Trollip, Heinie’s blood was drawn “for DNA testing’. On Saturday 19 November, 20065, Heinie was released.
Also on Saturday 19 November 2005, four days after many thorough searches of the area by local and other Eastern Cape officers, including the canine unit, the police “found’ Victorias pants and underwear in the Noetzie bushes, only three meters from where her body had been found.

My conclusion: What kind of police work is this? How come they took four days to find clothing belonging to Victoria lying only 3 meters from where her body was found? Planted by the cops?? Planted by Attie Trollip? And why did the defense not follow up this very vital piece of evidence in the trial?
